No. You can book directly with us for any service. If we spot something that needs a doctor's eyes, we refer you onward with proper notes.

An initial assessment is $85 and follow-ups $65 — both bookable in our shop. After your assessment we give you a written plan with a session range; most straightforward issues resolve in 4–8 visits.

Yes — continuity is a point of pride here. Your assessing therapist owns your plan from visit one to graduation, and only ever hands over with your agreement.

Both. Sam leads our pediatric work and Daniel our neurological and balance programmes, including home visits for patients who can't easily travel.

Comfortable clothes you can move in, plus any scans, reports or footwear relevant to your issue (running shoes for runners, work shoes for foot pain). Everything else — towels, bands, water — is on us.

Sessions and supports can be bought online and are confirmed by our team within one working day. Unstarted session bundles are refunded in full; physical goods can be returned unused within 30 days.
