Service 02 / 06
Sports Injury Recovery
From sideline to starting line-up, with milestones you can trust.
What the service entails
Sprains, strains, tendon pain and post-match knocks all get the same treatment here: a precise diagnosis, a phased return-to-play plan, and honest timelines shared with you and your coach. We never clear an athlete we would not field ourselves.
What's included
- On-the-day injury assessment for acute cases
- Phased return-to-play criteria, shared with coaches
- Strength and power testing before clearance
- Taping, bracing and load-management advice
- Pre-season screening to cut re-injury risk
Your path, in four stages
- Diagnose — clinical testing plus referral for imaging when needed.
- Calm — settle pain and swelling while protecting fitness.
- Rebuild — strength, agility and sport-specific drills.
- Return — graded minutes, monitoring, then full clearance.
The outcome we work toward
Athletes typically return to full training in 6–10 weeks for moderate injuries, with re-injury screening built into every discharge.
