Physical Rehabilitation

Rebuild strength, balance and confidence — step by measured step.

Resistance-band rehabilitation exercise

What the service entails

After injury, surgery or a long illness, the body forgets how to trust itself. Our rehabilitation programmes retrain strength, balance and everyday movement through progressive sessions that are re-measured every third visit — so progress is a fact, not a feeling.

What's included

  • Full movement and strength baseline at visit one
  • Progressive exercise plan, adjusted as you heal
  • Gait, balance and fall-risk retraining
  • Home programme with video guidance
  • Discharge testing against your starting scores

Your path, in four stages

  1. Assessment — we map what moves, what hurts and what matters to you.
  2. Foundation — gentle activation and mobility, twice weekly at first.
  3. Loading — graded strength work as pain settles and control returns.
  4. Graduation — testing, a maintenance plan and open-door check-ins.

The outcome we work toward

Most rehabilitation patients return to unaided daily life within 8–12 weeks, and leave with the tools to stay there.
